The Product Manager will own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking using tools such as Jira or Azure Boards, while leading requirement gathering and translating customer needs and product roadmaps into clear, actionable specifications. This role requires a solid understanding of AWS, API-driven platforms, and microservices from a product perspective, enabling effective partnership with engineering teams without direct development responsibilities. Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI concepts, a strong grasp of product design principles, and excellent stakeholder management skills are critical to driving alignment and delivering high-quality, impactful products.

In this role, you will

  • Own the AI product backlog, translating strategy and roadmaps into clear epics, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery rituals to maintain focus, velocity, and predictable outcomes
  • Partner closely with engineering, ML, and data teams to ensure requirements are clear, dependencies are managed, and delivery stays on track
  • Serve as the product bridge between engineering, data science, AI research, and business stakeholders—balancing feasibility, user value, and impact
  • Use cursor-based rapid prototyping and lightweight technical exploration to validate ideas, accelerate discovery, and unblock teams
  • Apply strong code literacy to understand implementations, reason about trade-offs, and help resolve product and delivery challenges
  • Review and validate AI feature delivery against acceptance criteria, expected behavior, quality, and performance standards
  • Incorporate customer insights, usage data, and emerging AI capabilities into continuous product iteration
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders including GTM, Sales, Support, and Leadership
  • Define and track success metrics for AI products across adoption, user experience, model effectiveness, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure responsible AI development by aligning with data security, privacy, and ethical AI standards
  • Contribute to planning decisions around sequencing, experimentation, and release readiness
     

If you’re right for this role, you have

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, delivering technically complex, customer-facing products
  • Proven experience working as an AI Product Manager, Technical PM, or in a closely related role
  • Strong fluency in Agile delivery using tools such as Jira or Azure Boards
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML and GenAI concepts from a product, capability, and use-case perspective
  • Conceptual knowledge of AWS, microservices, and API-driven platforms sufficient to partner effectively with engineering teams
  • Experience with rapid prototyping tools and cursor-based workflows to test assumptions and accelerate decision-making
  • Ability to read, understand, and reason about code to drive better product decisions without owning implementation
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • A bias for action, clarity, and accountability in fast-paced environments
