What You’ll Do:
As content administrator, you'll be part of our professional services group. Your primary task will be to help large creators manage content regularly on their pop.store along with being their direct contact with using and learning about latest feature releases on pop.store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with Creators to coordinate content deliveries and updates
  • Assist in the uploading and management of videos, downloads, courses and post content, across pop.stores owned by creators
  • Help creators maintain an organized content library and publishing schedule
  • Assist creators in curating and editing content when needed and work with support to resolve them fast
  • Train and inform creators about the latest and greatest features that are applicable and beneficial to them.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in English – (written and verbal)
  • Artistic and visual skills. Creators put a very high value on presentation, so you need to have a refined and flexible aesthetic palette.
  • Content editing, comfortable with editing pictures, using simple video editors like Instagram Editor and Capcut to edit videos and add music to it.
  • Expertise in social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Deep awareness of Gen Z creators, trends, and internet culture
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Have a customer service mental orientation and a high level of patience.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with influencers/creators
  • Basic video editing Canva or Photoshop skills
  • Previous exposure to content management systems
