CommentSold is looking for a high-impact Director of Digital Marketing to own and scale our digital growth. This role demands a strategic leader who not only drives performance but also takes full accountability for campaign execution, optimization, and results. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will work directly with the C-suite to turn business objectives into powerful, data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate revenue and market dominance.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media (Instagram,TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), Google Search, SEO, email marketing, and emerging channels.
  • Own digital performance, ensuring all campaigns drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and customer engagement while aligning with revenue goals.
  • Optimize campaigns through continuous testing of strategies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Leverage data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive insights, refine targeting, and make informed marketing investments.
  • Provide clear, data-backed recommendations to the executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with C-suite and cross-functional teams—including product, sales, and analytics—to ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep CommentSold at the forefront of live selling.
  • Manage a $3-5 million USD annual marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Lead a global marketing team spanning India and the US, ensuring seamless execution, alignment, and collaboration.

Who You Are

  • Proven leader with 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, driving high-impact campaigns and measurable results.
  • Experienced in the US market, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, paid social, search, and performance marketing.
  • B2B and B2C marketing expertise, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or creator commerce industries.
  • Strategic and execution-focused, with a data-driven mindset and a track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI.
  • Analytical and results-driven, with expertise in performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Highly collaborative and influential, skilled at working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Agile and innovation-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
