Job Title: Graphic Design Contractor — Feature Visual Asset Library

About the Role

CommentSold is building a reusable visual asset library that brings every product feature to life across our marketing site, product pages, blog, social, and email. We're looking for a graphic design contractor to build a modular component system and then use it to produce polished static graphics and short-form GIFs for a growing list of product features — starting with 15 priority feature launches, with 19 more to follow in a second phase.

This is a hands-on production role: you'll design once, then reuse and assemble quickly, so speed and consistency matter as much as visual polish.

What You'll Do

  • Build a shared component foundation (buttons, badges, typography/stat cards, device frames, callout markers, and approved gradient/glow backdrops) that becomes the visual system for every feature asset going forward.
  • Design per-feature kits assembled from that foundation — a hero graphic plus supporting graphics, sized by feature importance (Lite, Standard, or Hero tier).
  • Produce short (3–6 second) looping GIFs for each feature, along with an MP4 twin and a static poster frame for fallbacks.
  • Simplify complex product data into clean charts, icons, and streamlined screenshots — one idea per graphic, no dense text or data dumps.
  • Apply CommentSold's brand colors, fonts, and logo, matching the existing feature icon style, and using two or three approved gradient recipes for consistency.
  • Deliver correctly sized, correctly named assets for every placement (web hero, blog inline, social feed, story/reel, LinkedIn card, and HubSpot email), organized in per-feature folders with editable source files.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong portfolio of clean, modern digital graphic design — ideally with SaaS, product marketing, or e-commerce work.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining a component library system (Canva preferred; Figma or similar also fine) so future assets are an assembly job, not a redesign from scratch.
  • Experience creating simple motion graphics/GIFs (UI micro-interactions or animated reveals), not full video production.
  • Ability to turn dense product/feature information into single-idea, benefit-led visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail on technical specs — exact dimensions, file formats, file size limits, and naming conventions.
  • Able to work independently against a phased production schedule and hit a consistent visual bar across a large number of assets.

Engagement

Contract basis, phased delivery: Phase 0 (component foundation + 2–3 sample kits for sign-off), Phase 1 (15 priority features), Phase 2 (19 existing features).

Brand kit, feature icon set, product screenshots, and a one-line benefit per feature will be provided at kickoff.
